Hi All
I am taking delivery of a new Expanda in a couple of weeks and I was just wondering if anyone was aware of any faults in production that I should keep an eye out for?

I am considering buying a hard top - would be really interested in how you go with the new van. Hope you have many happy times in it.

Had my expanda since 2004 and the only thing that has let me down is a couple of drawer runners that have broken. I think that type was not used in later models so it probably wont be an issue for you.
Mine has done quite a bit of dirt road touring and a little dust gets in but nothing too much to worry about. The other vans I have had have been the same anyway.Good value van and extremely family friendly. Put a guard on the outlet from the
water tank, if there is not one there, as it is vunerable to stone damage/dislodgement, something I learned with van number 1!
