Hi
We've had no problem with ours, works
well in most situations. Noting, that nothing will ever fit all applications.
The position of ours is a little higher than most vehicles, but we can still access with relative ease to open. What encouraged us was that for 'on the move' touring it makes life easier. We usually carry a
Southern Cross Tent for longer stays.
Good luck

Hi Bill, I've got a 3Dog from Byron Bay on my truck for the last 3 years. It's fantastic cover off in 2 minutes and tent up in 30 seconds. Also have a look at the
Dingo Doza. Both very good and Aussie Made. Regards John

Hi, We actually purchased a rooftop tent from an ad on here last week! It is the Aussie Traveller and I love it already. We seriously had it up in 3 mins, including pegged down! My partner can even put it up on his own, while I get the beer out of the fridge - LOL!
Best decision we have ever made!
Jo

My Shippshape is great and very quick to set up- only think now they are not made in Australia, they now get them made overseas. They start at $3200 but you are buying a very
well made good quality product that has a full sized mattress. Cheers Tony

We have had an Eezi Awn (south African version) and it was great last year for a 3 month jaunt from WA to
Cape York, excellent.
We have a wider one. Stay away from the rooftop tents oneBay though
