Have been using castrol oils for the last couple of years, and noticed another 6% increase recentley and been told another one to come!. $106.00 for a 20ltr drum, of J- Max, getting up there a bit. Anyone notice increases on other brands?.

Cheers Axle.

Funny you should mention this Axel.
I was just going through a log book today and noticed the price difference from 12 months ago on 10 lt of Penrite HPR Diesel 15 plus filter (Ryco). it's only gone up $2 on the combined sale. $83 for both.
I'm surprised it hasn't increase earlier and by a lot more.

I'm also surprised the increase hasn't been more.

Castrol Edge 5W30 Synthetic is $30 for 5 litres at Supercheap this week.
And the Fuchs 15W40 diesel oil usually costs me $80 for 20 litres, which hasn't changed a lot over the years. They quoted me $104 for the JMax.

My local SuperCheap won't carry Penrite HPR Diesel 15 in a one lt.
Yet they will carry nearly every other band in a 1 lt.
I've asked them and they tell me they just don't carry it.
And that's come from the manager him self.

Grr

I notice that Repco are currently doing 20% off all their stocked diesel oils.
