Just replaced my tyres on the 2005 Prado with Grandtreks. I was looking for BFG but was asked to pay about $345 each. Then found Grandtreks at $250 each. The original Grandtreks did 82K so could not resist the bargain. Yes they were new and purchased from Beaurepairs, and there are no left.

One reason Grandtreks are cheaper, besides being passenger construction and not Light Truck, is most people replace them with decent AT when new, so there a heaps around.
Beaurepairs offered me Grandtreks, I made him roll them right back into the store and fit Goodyear Wrangler AT/R. I'd buy them again, what a great tyre.
