Hi All,
Recently I posted in post 63509 where to get the cheapest fuel across the Nullarbor from. Thank you to all that replied. I have updated all fuel stations that we stopped at/passed through in an effort to help out fellow travellers obtain the best prices for their travels. If I may ask fellow Explor Oz people if they can update the fuel prices in the "
Forum – Share Stories, Ideas & Opinions" at the top of the
Forum section then this will assist all of us so we can all obtain cheaper fuel.
Thanks
Goona

We have been at
lightning ridge for a bit over two weeks.
Diesel was 169.9 when we got here, it has dropped 3 cents to 166.9.
This Saturday we are going to
Condobolin. Then from
Condobolin to
Scone a week later.
My wifes job takes us all over the place so just for interest I will post diesel prices at various
places we travel.
It might help someone.
Regards BooBoo

I'm not flaming country EO formites but today in
Brisbane at a shell/coles you could get E10 for 100.9 (with shopper docket).
I have fat fingers so I will put the price on again ,100.9 for E10.
cheapest deisel I ahve found today in the south of Brissy was 133.9 (bouser).
I can only hope that the cheap prices filter down out West soon

Lucky devils in Qld, where they don't slug you as much tax as the other states. Best diesel price today where i live in SW of WA (hardly remote) is 152.9

ULP today in
Melbourne was $1.10.
Bloody bargain. Given it was 40 cents a litre in 1981, it should be around $1.50 given 5% inflation per year.

Its 47c per litre (1.80 a gallon) here right now (Idaho)
Bloody bargain, considering 5 months ago, it was about $1.08 a litre (4.10/gallon). Given 56% deflation per 6 months. :-)
