I am about to put an agm battery in a jayco camper. There are two wires going to the battery box. Black and white.
I am presuming that black is positive and white neg or ground. Can someone confirm?
Thanks

I suggest you purchase a multimeter, because if you get it wrong you could cause a fire.

Yes, they are the colors that yanks (and jayco) use for aux circuits. Black is positive, white is negative. But i agree with the multi-meter comment, better be safe than sorry.
I usually heatshrink a red end over the black and a black end over the white to avoid future confusion if someone was to have a play with the wiring.

Thanks for that. Yes I will put a multimeter across it but I just wanted to know the standard wiring config for the camper.

Unfortunately, there is no standard. SHOULD be red positive, black negative in aussieland but the van builders seem to use whatever the heck they want.
The other day i was following an 8mm pink through the front boot and into the wall behind the fridge, it terminated at a fuse and then changed to 6mm black and then into the fridge connections - it was a jayco.

Jayco will use whatever they can get as long as it is cheap!
