I have Just installed a two inch suspension lift on a 1988 SWB Maverick. Running 33" coopers under it now however have a horrible vibration in drive train. I'm assuming it because on raised angle of gear box to rear diff. My question is has anyone got some tips ideas that may help. I have purchased gear box spacers and upper and lower adjustable arms to alleviate the problem (hopefully). Can not find info any where on how to install spacers are they easy enough to install?

x-man,

Put a trolley jack under the gearbox, undo the 4 bolts holding the cross member to the Chassis, lower the box, insert spacers between cross member and chassis, reinstall longer bolts that you have puchased prior to starting job. (Only do one side at a time to avoid having to line up the whole lot again)
Since you have already purchaed the above items then try all them first, if it's still there then you may want to try offset caster correction bushes in front diff.

Cheers

How long since you have had the universals replaced in tailshaft. One of the most common causes of vibration after a lift is universals worn.
