Where I can reprogram Barret 950 in Melbourne?

Anyone can point me to good place in
Melbourne where I can add two new VKS-737’s frequencies? I use to use Time Plus in Brunswick, but they getting ridiculously slow – he continuously makes excuses about absent of serial port in his laptop and he is waiting for Barret for new profile – please do not as me why he need new profile for 950 radio!

Try
Camerons radio and stereo in Narre Warren. There is also
Lara electronics out west. either should be able to help you
