Dargo River access near Dog's Grave?

Does anyone know if you can get down to the Dargo River on Sizzling Spur track, on some maps it stops at the end of the ridge. on others it goes down to the Dargo, but it looks like it may have been cloased as it's pretty steep.

Also similarly the next track south is Twiggy track, can you cross the dargo to the flat area on the other side and / or is it ok for camping. I know Miners flat track is ok and has a nice open area but want to try a bit further south and it will be starting to get late by the time we get there.
