It sounds like the shortcut may be mis-addressed.

Right click on the icon, click properties, then find target.

Hope that helps.

Hi equinox, thanks for the reply. I gave that a try but nothing, even if I go in "My Computer" all that will come up is the maps I put on CE.

Target should be "C:\OziExplorer\Oziexp.exe"

Can you go into your Windows Explorer- and locate the OziExplorer.exe file in the OziExplorer folder??

Sometimes Windows will "clean up" unused icons from your desktop but does ask for permission to do so. Is there a folder on the desktop named Unused icons?

You could try a system restore if all else faisl. That can be undone if you cannot locate it.

It is most likey buried in your c drive under Programs. If you did a file search it should be able to locate it

Your easiest remady is to simply download and install Ozi again. Just use your reg no etc as supplied. If you have forgotten/lost this an email to Des (Email address on OziE site) should see him supply again

Just do a "RESTORE" to an earlier date, prior to loosing Oziexplorer. Should fix your probem if you are running Windows
