Sort by Response time?

Is it just me, or has this sort by response time changed?
A thread with a recent follow-up did not get to the top of my (refreshed) list.
Is it only Replies that get sorted up now? I thought follow-ups also came to the top.
We can easily lose track of useful information as it is now.

sure its still ticked sort by response time? occasionally it reverts back to thread ID

No changes have been made to the sort order! it should still be working as before. please check that it is stil selected and let me know.
