Hi all, hope everyone is having a good time leading up to Christmas. We have caught the big boat over and are spending 12 weeks in Tassie. I have a problem with the cruiser and I need a good mechanic in
Hobart. I'm starting to get sick of mechanics not caring about the job they do because we are travelling and they will not see us again( what they don't realise is us travellers talk so it does them no good) . If anyone can help would be appreciated. we are camped near berriedale at the moment. We spent a week in Melb before crossing the
water with family who I have not seen in nearly 2 years. Was nice to catch up for a while. Christmas will make it 2 yrs on the road. Doesn't seem that long. Boy we have seen a lot and done a lot. Anyway have a Merry Christmas and a safe one,

Hi Don,
It's a 1994 80 series turbo diesel. I have a serious leak from the engine. I thought I had a small weep from either an injector or the injector pump. in a couple days this has turn into the engine being covered by the leak. without cleaning it, it is now impossible to tell where it is coming from. Need to get it booked in to get a look at. If it is an injector or injector pimp it should be under warranty as these were both done only 3-4 months ago.I had trouble with them leaking after they were done.

Try using Coventry Motors in Glenorchy, right next to Northgate shopping centre,he is very good if he cant help you he,l know someone who can .

Give Lindisfarne Service Centre a go(third set of lights they are on the right Repco authorised service centre) close for you just over the
Bowen Bridge. Call in and have a talk to Marty Arnold the owner of the place,top bloke knows his stuff and won't rip you off, like as all good bosses he won't be there until Monday morning. cheers
