I was wondering what is a fair private sale price is for a 2006 Gu ST Ute with a 110,000K.. Red Book says $ 28,300 with 50K so I figure that would be 23000 with the 110K. this seems too low as they have a replacement value of about 53k on which basis its worth about 30K. I am thinking of buying one so what is a tidy version worth ?

I've been watching the market for the last twelve month's and that seems very cheap to me. 06 with 110 in good nick I would have thought around 35,000 maybe a smidge more.
