Gooday,
The Demise of BOROMA CARAVANS first appeared here to the best of my knowledge.
For those who do not have access to
Brisbane Courier Mail, last Saturday 06th Dec 2008, notice to Auction the Assetts appeared there.
It is to be held at Boroma premises at Staypleton on Frdayi & Saturday 19th & 20th Dec.
Preliminary catalogue is able to be viewed on the following website
http://globalvaluers.com.au,
it takes a fair while to load as there are 12 pages for each day.
As the owners of our second Boroma this sure is a very sad day.
Cheers,
Boroma 604.

Yes I agree it is definitely a sad time for all Boroma caravan owners especially all those who have warranty and other issues.
I checked this site and thank you 604 for posting, I must say the auction is right down to every last screw and paperweight. Even after the auction I imagine there will still be a lot of people out of pocket…..it is now a poison chalice
My concern now is what about the existing Boroma owners....will their caravans devalue or will they become collectors’ items??
I would like to see a Boroma Roamers
forum, I feel that now is the time we need to support one and other and a
forum would be an ideal way to do that.
All food for thought…

That has to be the most comprehensive listing for an Insolvency auction I have ever seen....
Items such as a 44 gallon steel scraps bin with scrap cable itemised for sale is perhaps taking it a bit seriously!
