Not really, Leschenaultia is a reserve. the southern side of Gt Eastern H'way has fire tracks . May be closed off to try and stop Die Back.

Have a look at perth4x4.net. The hub of 4wding in
Perth.
As far as lake L goes, I would think not, but on the other side of the hwy is the powerline track. Fun for the whole family ;) Plenty of info on above mentioned site.
