Does anyone have a track file or directions of which are the recognised shot lines to use to reach the Centre of the Simpson. Also how to get from the Centre across to Peoppel Cnr Oil
Well.
Thanks in advance

No problems. I will probably come in from the Madigan down to Geosurvey
Hill and then down to the centre and out to
Birdsville via the traditional route.

It's very easy to navigate the Simpson. Did it several years ago and whilst I wouldn't go without a map and GPS, it would be nearly impossible to get lost even without any aids other than following the tracks.

You shouldn't be driving in areas where there are no tracks David!! That's a very basic rule of responsible 4wding!!
