Everyone wants to know the latest fuel costs

So, here is the latest at Yulara NT.

Diesel is 1.69 and ULP is 1.39.

For the past couple of days it has been stormy and showery.

The worse half and I are going out to the Rock this afternoon and hope to photograph water running off it.

This morning I heard one bloke say that his group got drenched from run-off when they walked around the rock this morning.

Mates rates are good up here. We are going to Kings Canyon this weekend and when I booked I got 50% of our room costs.($124).

If your up this way you might like to bring your own refreshments.

The cheapest bottle of wine at the restaurant was $35.

However the food and wine were both very good.

The ground is fairly flat around here and the lookout is not much more than a slight rise in the ground, but it gives fantastic views of the Olgas and Eyres Rock, and yes I use the words Ayres rock because thats what it is refered to at Yulara.

Overall it's well worth a visit.
