Willem
Taking advice from Trev (post 64230) I left the Magellan Map 330 switched on and out in the full sunlight this arvo.
After one hour there was no response from the dead satellte screen. But I left it there and sure enough after 3½ hours it is working again.
Thanks for
the tip,Trev
It must be a Magellan thing...lol
Cheers

Good lord Willem, what else will you try and revive from that box of non-working (I won't say broken) electrical items in your shed?
Good one. Cheers Mick.

something to do with working out where the satellites are?
my older hand held garmin can take ages to log on ...especially after a lengthy sleep in the draw...
