We're heading off on the 26th for a week of skiing, wakeboarding, relaxing and so on. Then back to work on the 5th. Not much of a break but hey, it's a break. Hopefully there's still water in the Murray.

So where's everyone else going this year?

Louie

That sounds good Louie. I'm taking the family from the Blue Mts. to live in Shepparton for 12 mths in the new year. More of a change than holiday.

Nothing planned at this stage, we are heading down to Molloy Island for a few days about mid Jan but other than that may stay home until kids go back to school. Hope you all enjoy your breaks!!!!

Cheers

We'll be at home, as usual. Hopefully with some of the family. It's a last minute dash to make the property a bit tidier before the free loaders arrive :))

Hi Louie

We will set up camp for a week or more in the high country at Talbotville victoria and check all the tracks again , if the rivers drop that is at the moment I hear you can't get past the main campground because of rivers.

Where abouts on the river are you heading Louie?
Were at Berri so the river is a bit Ho Hum to us. Plenty of water above the locks so no problems.
Not going anywhere as I'm working except for the public hols. although I would love to get the kayak wet again down a creek somewhere like the Kat ot Eckerts Creek.

Just between Big Bend & Swan Reach (Punyelroo). Family holiday home there. Haven't been up there for a few months but the river is a bit low there as well. Last time we were up there I put a big scratch in my hull because the water is so damn low - averages 0.9 to 1.2m below normal level.

Haven't been to Berri for a few years. Used to go there for work - had quite a few customers in those parts.
