I haven't stayed at any, but my choice would be Fonty's Pool - a few kms out of town on Seven Day Road. If you want to be right in town, there is one on the highway right near the town centre, but is alongside bush as
well and it looks a nice environment. The one just out of town on the north side seems to be surrounded with crowded on site vans for seasonal workers.

As Manjimup is my old home town I will answer this one. Best caravan
park IMO is the one on the town bypass just below the main street. It's just a walk across the old railway line and into the main street. This
park also provides on-suite sites if required and has a small adjoining deli
shop. The other caravan
park is the Warren Way and is about 2-3kms on the way into town
Perth end. If there is any other info you require that I can help with, happy do so.

Thanks Foxhound. We are actually thinking of relocating to Manjimup. Looks like a nice place on the internet, so we are going to check it out in the flesh after Christmas. I have found the Warren Way cvp and the Fonty's pool cvp- but didn't see a third one. Cheers. doc

oz doc, someone has reviewed the Warren Way (the one just north of the town) on Badgers website
http://home.vicnet.net.au/~badger04/
The one in town hasn't been reviewed on Badgers (he is dependent on public input), but as said before, it does look nice in its bushland setting if you want 'town centre'. If you like rural, go to Fonty's (but it is a short drive out of town).

G`Day Doc,,,Thinking of moving there, hope you like cold weather and plenty of it. I spent two lots of 18 years there and had a lot of good times but left there in 1990. Plenty of good coastline down there, great for 4x4 fishing etc. We are off down to
Windy Harbour next week for Xmas new year with the kids (big kids now) and looking forward to catching up with some of the old Manji locals, a few nice reds and checking out a few of the old 4x4 tracks. Have a great Xmas,,Regards,,Foxhound.

Hi Foxhound - yes
well it will make a change from 42 degrees I'm sure. That's part of the reason we are considering relocation. Even though I am a
camping die-hard- even I will admit 42 in the shade is a tad hot. Hope you have a safe one. doc.
