Hi all, this is a long shot but does anyone possibly have a copy of the book ' Flying Nurse' written by Robin Miller (Robin Miller-Dicks)?
She was the daughter of Horrie Miller of Macrobertson-Miller airlines and integral part of the Royal Flying Doctor service. I have her second book 'Sugarbird Lady' which is an incredibly fascinating read full of interesting information about the early years of the RFDS and the trials of providing medical service to remote areas. I believe the book is no longer in print.Thanks. doc.

Wow - thanks Phil- how easy was that. I did an internet search not long ago and never found anything like that. Your suggested site even has a copy available not far from me. Thanks again. doc.

In Google entered the authors name and book name, both in inverted commas, so it eliminates all the riffraff.
The internet has been brilliant for finding old and rare things. The second-hand bookshops have been very good at organising themselves on the web.
