Gooday,
Greatest vehicle I have owned, bought new 1983, took it to Norfolk Island by ship when we went to live there in 1992, flew it back on a freighter before we moved back in 1998, sold it in 1999 with big tears, had done 164,000, only put 2 new CV Joint Boots on it a bit of rust in tray at rear of cab & a few tyres.
Why did they ever stop making them?. Were known as The Brat in Canada.
This segment now filled by Proton.
Check CV joints about main thing.
There is a mob at Yandina Sunshine Coast Qld called Sun Spares who specialise in all parts Subaru, check if they have a website.
Cheers,
Boroma604.
