G'day all, merry Xmas to all members and visitors.
I don't recall reading any where here about the WA Police Academy's Bushcraft & Survival Guide, Aids to Survival.
I have been downloading this for about 4 years now, I know most of it is common sense and most people who travel bush would know.
It may be helpful to new comers because it also contains a lot on First Aid as well.
Just Google 'Aids to Survival" and it will take you there.
Hope this hlepful to some people
Love the bush

Its been dscussed tons of times before.

I contacted them off the site there, and they sent me a box of them to distribute to our club.. Just had to prove I was in a club, and not some nuffy asking for 30-40 copies to burn...

Cost was $0.00...

There is no substitute for a Senior First Aid course, Coupled with a Remote First Aid course.

These courses give you a excellent practical hands on approach to First aid and how to nurse a patient for an extended time, and then prepare them and arrange for an evacuation if necessary.

By all means down load the above info, this could be used as an on site refresher if needed.

A Senior First aid and Remote First Aid couse is a minimum requirement to join my team of Guides.

Cheers Steve.
