Anybody got any opinions on whether its worth having a crack at getting a
campsite over new years eve around dwellingup area.
There are several areas to go .We dont need facilities as we are fully equiped offroad camper trailers.
Any ideas/advice.
Matt

Hi Matt,
I'm no expert, but you'd probably need earplugs!
I suspect those riverside campsites are Hoon Central at that time of the year. Cheers, Tony

We haven't bothered
camping there over any holidays after a number of bad experiences (lots of alcohol, noise and rev heads, even in the areas off the beaten track). Plus the weather is looking to be stinking hot!

Its just too damned crowded these days. I stayed there over the xmas/new year break 2 years ago and wouldnt do it again.
No problems with hoons though
The local cops and rangers are there in force these days
