Hi All
We intend to visit the tractor pull this weekend at Moama on the Murray.
Does any one know a good
bush camp nearby suitable for an onroad caravan?

Hi
There are quite a few spots you can
camp heading away from Moama, out on the Pericoota Rd to
Deep Creek Marina. You can get a little booklet by Spartial Vision called "
Murray River Access" for a few dollars (there is a series of them, you need the one that covers Barmah to Torrumbary Weir - with a brown cover) it is available from camping shops and visitors centres around town.
It is a great little booklet, that shows all the access tracks, camping areas, fire
places etc.
Well worth having.
Have a good time.
Regards
Neil

I have just realised that they are available through the ExplorOz
Shop, but maybe not in time.
Murray River Access Map Book

The Outlaws used to
camp in the Barmah
State Forest just north of
Echuca and reckon it's a tip top spot.
Cheers,
Jim.

there is
free camping at The Regional Reserve.
bush camping only but it will be very dry and dusty but you'll have no trouble getting the van in. Right on the Murray as
well.
