G`day Kev & Sam, aaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnndd Pete,
Happy New Year to you also.

G`day Mike GU,
There is not much in the way of serious off road stuff for a day trip, there is an old clay pit area that the Bendigo 4 WD club use, and there was a track that followed the power line towers over a pretty steep hill but I don`t know if it is still accessible to the public.

I think you may get further (better) info from the 4WD club by contacting ARB Bendigo.

Try ringing or tex me on 0428504279

Cheers mate,
Scrubby

P.S. Yeh KEV, I know I stuffed up the first time. HaHaHa
