Unfortunately I have to store a set of AT tyres for about 12 months, they have been used for about 2 months and 7000 ks. Anyone got any tips that will ensure that they do not suffer too much whilst locked away.
Cheers
Bob.

g/day Eerfree. The darker the storage the better, laying them flat is probably better too, spray them all over with a liberal coat of silocone tyre dressing as you stack them ,this will keep them in good nick.
hope this helps, Regards Keith C.

Hi Bob ,
I have been told that if you put them in a dark corner and cover them with a tarp or old blanket and turn them over once a month they will actually end up being better lasting than tyres straight from the
shop as the rubber has time to cure properly as opposed to new tyres that are only three or four months from manufacture. I am not in the tyre business am only passing on what I've been told . Have never tried it but in your situation that is what I would do going on the advice I've been given . Don't know if it works .
Cheers Kevanancy .
