the door seals on a standard domestic fridge are easy...so i have to say they will be just as easier on your electrolux
i assume you will be buying OEM replacement seal

Had a similar problem, but on closer inspection it was more the door being distorted than the seal being damaged.
It is held closed by a single toggle catch at the top, and because of the distortion there was a good 3-4mm. gap at the bottom corner.
I made a hinged "snap over" type catch for the bottom and now a perfect seal all round.
Takes a little while to get used to the 2 catches though, but then becomes matter of course.
I have also made out several other improvements to the fridge, its a non TR 90l, and now easily holds a cabinet temp of ~4c at 35c+ ambients. (thermostat 3 1/2)
