Am after an entire tuner and CD unit (it is twp pieces but cannot be seperated as they are wired together) for GQ 93 patrol. My unit has blown its am reciever - and I can't bare to listen to any more FM trash. Please help - Man going mad. Also, any one who has a GQ bull bar - I am interested.

Probably not supposed to use this forum as a trading post although I figure no body will care.

So you want a double DIN Unit??

K-Mart is your friend.. Or any radio place..

then again Luke just put my old Eurovox in his Mav, so he may have the standard GQ Silver one to get rid of....

Truckster,
Not the silver one - It's a Black double unit. The silver one was an earlier unit still. As for new units - the wiring in these patrols is a disaster with all leads going to the amp under the drivers seat therefore same plusa an absolute necessity unless you don't mind a total rewire.

Hi PJ - I still have my original two piece unit taken from my '90 Maverick. It is only AM/FM and casette though - no CD.

As far as I know it's still fine - both radio frequencies worked fine when I removed it recently, but I never played a casette in it so I'll only guess that that works :-)

Anyway if you're interested in it email me at:

Did you remove the bit from the email addrees that says REMOVETHISTEXT ?

Anyway - if mine doesn't suit that's cool - hopefully someone out there has one left over from an upgrade...

Cheers,

Luke.
