Hi all.
Any body know of an LED style work light for the rear of a 4x4.
Needs to be the driving light style mount.
Will be mounted above the rear wheel carrier.
regards

I posted up a response a week or 2 ago to a question about lights. There was a link to a site that had great LED lights; but hellishly expensive. A rear worklight you're talking about was about $500- !!!! OUCH!!!!
I'm at work at present, and don't have my copy of 4WD Action magazine....so I don't have the web site addy....
If nobody has posted it by the time I get
home, I will add to this post....

The Hella Marine LED work light is about $200-250 meant to be industrial grade, especially made for the mines or marine work.

Have seen pics of a rectangular NARVA light used for this.
Have a look on the Patrol

Thanks all for the
feedback.
Rockape: Looks the goods, not cheap but then others have not lasted and these should not attract the bugs.

Google up "
Bright Light Auto Parts" or "Hella Marine". Ashdown are very overpriced on these type of lights, don't know anything about them and don't even have them to look at. The Hella website has a list of other stockists. The other site mentioned sells on the net. Ive bought some of the expensive Hella leds for my boat I just did up and I'm very disappointed with the lights even after talking to the rep directly. Theres a big catch to them.

Clarification Sorry
Ashdown were listed as a supplier in Geelong for Hella Marine and quoted the lights at twice the normal RRP, even for trade price(good mechanic friend) and didn't know a thing about them. Narva lights were quoted even more than that again at over$500 a light.

G'day
I've been using the Hella Mega Beam LED FF Work Lamp for 2 years now and have been very happy. I think it was about $220.
