I am relatively new to 4WDing (although a regular up
the beach - DI and Fraser) and am interested in joining a 4WD club on the northside of
Brisbane. Looking for the social aspect as
well as getting involved in trips etc. I have a 60 series cruiser. Any suggestions?

Gidday Danny
Do a search on the net with search terms like "
Brisbane 4WD clubs" or "Nissan Club".
I did that this morning and turned up 3 on the NORTHSIDE???? that looked interesting.
I went to the "Moreton Districts Offroad Club" last Thursday night as a visitor. It seems quite good.

Thanks Oskar
I am not really interested in a 'Nissan club' - rather a generic 4WD club. Books? Do you have me confused with someone else?

A Club incorporating a particular vehicle make name doesn't signify that they only accept that make of vehicle eg Nissan Club will accept Toyota's, Land Rovers, etc etc.
I suggest you attend a few meetings and if possible outings before deciding. Being in a club has certainly been worthwhile for us - many friends and lots of fun and 4WD adventures.
