Black Wolf Tent question on carry bag

Hi,
I have a Blackwolf Turbo Compact tent and I was just wandering if the carry bag is supposed to be water/dust proof.
While I am at it - my tent has a little rip (1/4 inch in the roof) what is the best way to repair it.

The best thing to do is send it back to Black Wolf , thier after sales is really good , don't try and fix it youreself . do you have the black bag ? , if you do , it is only water resistant , in heavy rain it will leak.

Thanks for the reply.
So what do people do with the bag. It fits in the car but then I have no room for other things.
I guess I could buy a roof top bag but that is another $200 plus.
