Hi
The digital readout is for the internal cabinet temperature only and nothing else. Depending on the battery type, either LR44 or lithium CR 2032, I would say that it is time to replace the battery. Even with the display not working, the fridge will still function with no problems

I hope this helps you out.

Cheers

We had one a long time ago (only reason we no longer have it is because we upgraded to a 60L).
I would certainly try replacing the battery first.
The other possibly is a fuse, well I think I remember hubby replacing a fuse at one stage but I could be wrong.

It's funny I clearly remember that we lived in Darwin at the time and having the fridge in the back of the car we thought the heat must have destroyed the digital temp gauge, but it w as just the battery!

Look again, it should be flashing BA, for battery, not 6A.

Simple job to change battery in it
