I've done over 200,000 km and would like to have them checked & cleaned as I think my mileage is a bit low.
1. Should I need to do so yet?
2. Can I do it myself and if so is there an online reference to help me do it.
Thanx in advance

It is a little more than cleaning, the nozzles will need to be replaced as they wear causing the spray pattern to change. Some of
the springs may also need adjusting.
Then the pressures and spray pattern need to be set on a special machine.

Thats for the factory turbo model 100 series not applicable for the pipes on a 1HZ non turbo.
