Hi All,

Own a 2003 Nissan Patrol and want to convert the dummy lights to operating lights.

Went to a wrecker in city and looked at the BA Falcon holders and did not take to fitting them (they look silly to me).

Just wondering what others have used in their Patrols.

Thanks P&J

Repco have some bulb holders that do the job. They have spring fingers and just push in and hold themselves in.You have of course to drill some holes in the back of the dummy lights and run the wiring off the existing one Dont worry about the swarf getting in the enclosures a vacuum cleaner sucks it out as long as they are dry and it doesnt stick.
Not hard to do just make sure you dont drill the holes too big for a strart. A round file is also handy to finish them off to the right size.

You cant buy the loom to do it so thats how I did mine.
Maybe now there are LED's that will fit. Was 3 years ago I did mine.

Only did tail lights couldnt get twin circuit holders o do brakes as well.

Thanks All,

Looks like I will have to shop around to see what I can get.
Buying from Nissan and all those other dealers we need to own a bank.
