does any body know a good website designer that doesn't go over board with cost ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dunno if this helps or not, but if you host your site on Yahoo, you can use their free design tool called sitebuilder ( google it). It is super super super easy to use.

I build my own website through Register.com You register your domain name there too and then use their sitebuilder to construct your own. Very easy and you can make changes at any time you want without the hassle of going through other people.
