Seeking Traveller caravan owners

My neighbours have recently bought a second hand Traveller (it has a pop top roof). It's supposed to be about 3 yo - it is certianly in good nick. Just asking on their behalf whether those vans come with a user manual at all. There's a few things they're not too sure about.

Doubt whether there is a manual, but ask the questions and I am sure someone will help you out.

I don't have a specific list. Was talking with
John on the weekend and we got onto the subject of replacing wheels. He was wondering whether it should have a jack (which it didn't) and where the jacking point would be. So I suggested he dig out the manual and we'd have a sqizz. No manual says he.
I would have thought a van would come with one but then again I may be wrong. So I was just making a general enquiry at this stage. Might get him to contact the manufacturer direct.
