I am tinkering with a website and if you get a chance, please have a look at some of my photos.
There are 3 photo links, one with some overseas photos and one with Northern Territory and one of Qld
It will be updated in a few weeks when I get more time.
Thanks

Thanks Matt.
I have an old Canon 10D, but have very good Canon lenses...
17-40mm
80-135mm
100-300mm
And I use Adobe Lightroom to convert them from RAW image to JPG

Cool. I've got a Canon S2 IS, wish I could take photos like those! I'm sure its the cameraman and not the equipment, but I'd like to dream otherwise :P

Matt...with a little knowledge you could get some great photos...
Remember to "frame" your photo correctly is a big thing. A good example would be having just someones head in the photo with a lot of sky, or background ABOVE their head...frame the shot better and crop it in, or take the entire BODY of the person in the shot.
The Croc shots I have are an example...either the WHOLE croc, or zoomed in on his head...
When you get something you want to shoot, look at it and move the camera around until you have a good "Frame" of the shot. You will get to know what I mean.
My photos are "framed" and there is nothing in the background if you know what I mean....that way you look at the subject, not the sky, or ocean etc. Look at them again and see what I mean.

You have certainly captured a varied range. Thanks for sharing Dunco; i look forward to more. The 8th photo in the NT series is a magic portrait.

Absolutely brilliant shots Dunco.
Proof to me that the quality of the photograper is more important than the camera.
Also tells me I need to learn how to take photos,
mine never look like that.
Cheers,
Jim.
