I picked up one of their units at Rangers(WA) for $299 this week.
On special till stocks last.

Fired it up last night and it is brilliant. Time to throw those old solar bags in the bin: )

Do yourself a favor and fling that sh^&*tty bit of what they call a showerhead over the back fence lol for the likes of what i bought at bunnings..Also replaced that hard hose for something a bit softer. (sailing shop)...

Preheat the water into a bucket and just use the unit as a pump when you shower, otherwise you'll spend 80% of you water trying not to freeze or scold yourself.
Otherwise a brilliant unit.

Hiya Guzzi

You sure your units working correctly, seams to defeat the whole purpose to preheat...I usually wait till its warmish (will never freeze, the hows your fathers lol) to hop under and i hav marked the heat i like with a texta...Take the knob off is good idea too..I only use for shower..
