Patrol cab/chassis , what changed in 2007 ?

When the 3.0 litre motor was released in cab/chassis in 2007 , the towing capacity was also increased , 2500->3200 kg (braked) ... so what changes were made to chassis ? I have a 2006 4.2 i.c.td. - is there any way I can get my towing cap upgraded to 3200 ?

Your vehicle may have the coils on the rear, you had a choice for a few models if i remember correctly..Leaf or coil!! Michael

Yes , I went for the ST (coils) ... but leaf springs were same towing capacity as coils - they do have a higher load carrying capacity though .... wasn't concerned about that .
