Take a fishing rod, some hooks, some line, some lures some sinkers. Then take a hat, a shirt, a pair of shorts, a pair of jocks, a pair of thongs and wallet. Hey, have good time!!!

Take some medium action gear, the grunters fight really
well. Theres a boat hire place just up from the caravan park, you can hire a tinny and go out to the channel markers or up the river. When I was there a bloke came back from up the river with a jewie that went from one side of his ute to the other, dont know how heavy it was but he thought he'd hooked a croc when it surfaced beside the boat.dont forget the pub has dress rules if you want to go into the "swauve" bar you have to at least wear a singlet and no dogs, but anything goes in the main bar.
