CB Radio thru your car speakers

I recall a device described a couple of years ago in one of the fourbie mags that enabled the sound from a CB radio to automatically interrupt and car audio (CD, radio, etc) and output the CB sound through the car speakers. The car audio system didn't even have to be turned on.
I've tried to Google this but can't find anything.
Can anybody help?

Thanks Barry

I just sent them an email to see if I could run both GPS and CB through it and play back via my CB extention speaker.

What did he say? :-o

This part of the Inawise website would have me worried if I wanted to buy from them.

Bogan

Actually that's not how it works. When this device intercepts a signal from the accessory device it (almost) mutes the car stereo system and outputs the incoming signal to, on their system, the left front car speaker.

What I have asked them is, and looking at the wiring diagram I cannot see why, to output to the CB extention speaker (right next to my right ear).

When you are as deaf in both ears as I am you would understand. ;-)

No wonder I didn't know what it was. Sounds like the figment of somebodies imagination just to get a rise.

Richard,
Don't be such a cynic. I have nothing whatsoever to do with the company and never have!
