G'day all,
Just wondering if any one knows of where i would be able to and if you can purchase a 2 hole instrument pod for the drivers side
inner sil (next to the windscreen). The only place i have seen these is in the 4wd systems catalogue in 4wd action mag. Any help would be great.I want to use it for a boost gauge and a pyro gauge. Thanks in advance.
Don

Hi Don,

No one seems to make 80 series specific pillar pods. You can get them from the US, but they are built to suit the LH pillar. Your best bet would be to buy a generic gauge pod from supercheap or autobahn and modify it to suit.

I just mounted my pyro in a gauge cup and attached it to the pillar. I prefer just one gauge in that position so i mounted my boost gauge in the dash lower down.

There is a forum member on offroad80s
who is moulding his own dual gauge pillar pod at the moment, and may look at selling them when he's done.

Cheers,
Dan
