When I replaced the OEM tyres on our X Trail I found there were limited options for LT's, I ended up with Hankooks but they are HT's but the X Trail is only for occasional dirt road driving and the majority of on road stuff.

Bridgestone make a D693 in 215/65R16.

Often you have to upsize a bit to get the LT tyres.

My Cross6 ute came standard with Bridgestone 693 AT-II in 215/65R16 in a commercial spec.

They had 65,000k's on them when i sold the car, and probably another 20 in them. 1 puncture in that time, when i hit a cattle grid carrying a little too much speed (near Hungerford)

Other that that, they did the plenty highway, Oodnadatta track, strezleki track, as well as the Bloomfield track on the cape.

Plenty of grip on the tar, quiet too. Good on the dirt and the sand.
