Good on you for volunteering, I was last there in Sept '08 and had a good yack with the bloke that was there then. Won't be going that way again for a while now though.

Milparinka is an interesting place, don't you think?
We are looking forward to our 2 weeks there - quiet and peaceful. As it is the beginning of the season, not too many will be around, so mainly doing the big clean in readiness for the rest of volunteers coming to help over the next few months.
We quite enjoy our own company and will enjoy catching up on some reading, walking and star gazing, also being in the outback.
