Found a couple of photos I had of the Little Annan in Flood (25k West of
Cooktown). Quite an awesome site when you consider it heads through the ravine just downstream. To all that know the crossing you have to be trapped there to see it get this high. Taken about 2003.

that is seriously is high, wouldn't want to be down in
the gorge.
This photo is when it was a bit drier, I would say the old Troopy wold be about 30 foot under and on the way to the Coral SeaImage Could Not Be Found

Rockape - Yes where you are parked that would have been the outcome. When it is this high you can not get to the Lions Den or to
Cooktown. This went through the scuppers on the new Big Annan
bridge, so you could not cross Keatings Lagoon Either. This one was up for a few days. Nice spot for a swim on a hot day. Cheers Tony
