I just bought an Apollo Rooftop Camper, the last one for sale in oz.
Its much the same as a Hannibal Impi but cheaper and made in China.
Has anyone seen the Apollo close up.
Im curious as to what Ive spent my money on.

Ross,

I've seen one up close and had a play with it, but never actually used one.

Good unit, well built. It opens up ready for use in about 20 seconds. There's enough space in it to leave your doona and pillows.

Only downside is they are very narrow, around 120 cm so it'll be cosy with two in it.

Overall, a very impressive thing at the money.

Cheers,

Jim.

Ross,

Using it Solo, you're going to love it. For one person it leaves a typical style roof op tent for dead.

And if you "get lucky" that cosiness could be an advantage :-)

Cheers,

Jim.
