i travel that part of the highway regularly............there is always vans in there at night.

Mark, now you know my truck, keep an eye out for it here too. This is one of my stopovers when in that area.
didiaust, if you fuel up at the
truck stop about 500mts north of this place, you can even ask for a key to the showers and get a positive response. Works for me anyway. Bloody nice drop of "muddy water" in the 19th hole too.

No problem.We haven't stopped but plenty of others do,seems like a
good camp.It is a good distance from home and we usually stop for a cuppa when travelling that road and usually someone camped there

yes you can stop to rest, not
camp (leave the chairs inside), for up to 20 hours...

Heaps and heaps of travellers stop there, no reason why you should not do the same.
