Does anyone know where I can get updates for this gps. It is an S700BT model which I bought in 2007. I have been unable to find a web site for the Novogo in Aus. or anywhere else for that matter which has been of any use. Any info would be great. The unit works ok but would just like to update the maps. It uses Where is for the maps. Can other maps be used? Many thanks for any replies. Cheers Tim

Google is your friend.
It uses Navteq maps through Navigon software & the maps are available here .....

Hi Shaker, I checked out the NAVTEQ site mate & their info request & registration page don't even list Australia in the countries list. Not sure of the go there. Thanks for the reply anyway mate, cheers Tim

I think you need to download the "Frash" software & then connect your GPS via USB to upgrade your maps.

Hi Shaker, we found that Navigon don't support the Novogo brand at all. I contacted the supplier in WA & he passed me a phone # real quick but the people on that number did'nt know anything about it at all. Guess I'll put it down to experience & won't buy an unknown brand again. Many thanks for your assistance, cheers Tim
