I don't know but if you take a look at the couple of photos before this one, it's the same accident from different angles and the bonnet and front windscreen of this car has definitely had the hummer drive up it.

I could be wrong, but the only cables I can see are the nearby power lines.

I've looked at the few earlier ones, half have got cables hanging around and half haven't, the cops were there by then, it's probably something to do with the recovery I'd say, they probably wouldn't want to back it back down because then there'd be twice the damage to the car and the cops would probably say that it's unsafe to.

Yeh that one only had a few 100 k's on it
